1. Eligibility
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This contest is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its
territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or
older, on the entry date, except employees and members of their households and immediate
families (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses) of
CanvasThis.com.

2. How to enter
Beginning the 1st of each month until the last day of that month, you may enter the Canvas Giveaway
online by visiting the CanvasThis.com website (www.CanvasThis.com) and entering a valid email
address in the Canvas Giveaway section. (LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON AND PER VALID
EMAIL ACCOUNT). If there is a dispute about to whom the email address belongs, it will be deemed
submitted by the email account holder. No multiple entries allowed. You may also mail your
handwritten name, email address and phone number on a piece of paper to CanvasThis.com Canvas Giveaway, 1348 Motor Circle, Dallas, TX, 75207. Mail-in entries will be entered for the month they arrived. Limit one (1) entry per envelope and no duplicate email address will be allowed. Photocopies or reproduced entries will not be accepted. Incorrect, illegible, and incomplete entries are void. 3. Prizes
One (1) grand prize winner shall win one (1) photo on canvas including shipping. The canvas sizes
eligible for the grand prize are 8” x 10”, 11” x 14”, 12” x 12”, 16” x 16”, 16” x 20” or 18” x 24”. No
substitutions or transfer of prizes to another person by any winner. Prize winnings have no cash value.

4. Drawing and notification
Winners of the contest will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or
about the 1st of each month. Winners will be notified by email only. If the potential winner cannot be
reached at the email address provided on the entry form and/or does not respond to CanvasThis.com
at freecanvas@CanvasThis.com within seven (7) days from CanvasThis.com's first attempt to contact
him/her, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with
these official rules, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. If you win the
CanvasThis.com Canvas Giveaway you will not be eligible as a potential winner for the period of one
(1) year.

5. General conditions
All federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. Prizewinners may be required to
execute (and have notarized) an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and/or a Publicity Release
(the "Affidavit/Release") which must be returned to and received by CanvasThis.com within ten (10)
days from winner's receipt of the Affidavit/Release. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes
permission for CanvasThis.com to use the winner's name, address (city and state), product ordered
with contest winnings, and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, no known and hereafter devised, including without limitation online, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to comply fully with each provision in these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this contest and any person who does not comply with these official rules, will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The contest herein described as CanvasThis.com Canvas Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. By submitting your email address to the Canvasthis.com Canvas Giveaway you are agreeing with all of the conditions described herein.

6. Limitations of liability
CanvasThis.com reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, or suspend this contest should
virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of CanvasThis.com, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. With respect to web entries, CanvasThis.com is not responsible for computer system, hardware, phone line, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. With respect to mail entries, CanvasThis.com is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, damaged, postage due, or misdirected mail/contest entries. CanvasThis.com is not responsible for any incidental, consequential or other damages or claims beyond or in addition to the prizes awarded, or the value thereof.

The email addresses obtained from the CanvasThis.com Canvas Giveaway will not be sold to any
